Nike Football "The Program": Mobile Site & Training Tool
After delivering the SPARQ mobile site, Nike was eager to integrate that functionality into their Nike Football mobile site. The challenge was to merge the two brands while keeping certain elements from each to create one cohesive, easily recognizable unit.

Nike Women - Nike Field Reporter: Intro & Outro Bumpers / Lower Thirds Titles
AKQA was tasked with revamping the Nike Women's Nike Field Reporter brand and experience for the upcoming season. The initiative was set to live on Facebook featuring weekly video feeds from Gevvy, the new face of NFR. I was given one afternoon to design the intro and outro slates that would be used in each video. Client approval was given, and Kampgrizzly set them in motion a few days later. You can follow Nike Field Reporter here.

The Nike Digital Commerce team wanted us to create a dedicated area targeting teenage female athletes while promoting customization through NIKEiD. The concept was to create an experience that mimicked a teen girl's bulletin board. Scattered throughout the board are sport related photos, NIKEiD products, stickers, medals, and encouraging hand written notes.

Nike SPARQ: Mobile Site & Training Tool Phase 1
SPARQ is a series of training tools aimed at highschool and college level athletes looking to gain that extra edge. Nike asked us to create a mobile website where athletes can find SPARQ-specific training drills, enter their data to obtain a SPARQ rating, and view a video library offering solutions to help them improve their scores. Future rollouts will include: SPARQ registration and profiles, leaderboards, head to head comparison and athlete search functionality.

Concept boards created as a visualization treatment to present agency case studies via the web. The idea was to have a high level executive interact in a 3 dimensional, digital environment. Digital walls would unfold behind him presenting the wide range of work that agency had completed. The executive could pull out, slide, and pass specific pieces as he presented each case study.

Nike Sportswear global seasonal product feature: The N98 Track Jacket
An interactive experience created to promote Nike's premier spring product, a new 3-tier line of track jackets inspired by the original jacket designed for the 1998 Brazilian National soccer team. Using key athletes to promote the product, we created a digital experience that included slow motion video (shot with high speed phantom cameras), macro photography highlighting the details of each product, as well as video interviews of the product designers.

Independent apparel line formed as a collaborative creative effort by my college roommate, Kyle Pennell and myself. What started as a hobby, turned into a summer–long business that allowed us to explore design and earn a little cash on the side. Not only did we design T shirt graphics, but we created product hang tags, business cards and the accompanying website as well.

Proposed iPhone app and Mac Dashboard widget. Once a customer orders a pair of NIKEiD shoes, there is a span of about 4 weeks until delivery. We concepted this Countdown app to keep that customer notified about the progress of their shoes. Upon purchase confirmation, the user could opt to download the widget, which featured shoe completion percentage and estimated time of delivery.

For the Holiday Season, our concept for NIKEiD was Give the Gift of Customization. For last minute shoppers we wanted to promote the NIKEiD gift card inside the site. To accomplish this, I drew and animated a NIKEiD shoe box that hopped onto the screen, rattled around for a few seconds and then burst open to reveal the gift card popping out. The third image is of the homepage during this time, which featured animated gift cards falling like snowflakes.
